The layout of the kitchen:
What you need:
A pet assigned as manager of the house.
A recipe that your pet has learned.
What recipes are available:
There are over 20 recipes at skill level one which are available to learn but for this guide we will only be focusing on one of these recipes to get you started in the kitchen. For a complete list of recipes which you can use in the kitchen with the ingredients and cooking times click here.
Cooking a recipe:
To start cooking a recipe you will need to click on the picture of the item to get to the next page so you can find out what ingredients and amounts you need. Once your pet has learned more recipes your page will look a little more like this:
However, we will not worry about this too much till later on in the guide or till they add more skill levels then they may change it a bit so its not one big page.
In this particular example we will be focusing on the cheeseburger.
When you click on the cheeseburger picture you will get to a page much like this one:
Each recipe will have its own set of items it will require as well as a different type of demand. Not much is known on this so called demand so at the moment we will focus on the task at hand.
On this page you will see the recipe name, the servings it makes, the cooking time and the energy use. You will also see the ingredients which are listed down the bottom and the amount you need. To the right you will two links which are Recipe list (takes you back to the recipe list to choose something else to cook) and Cook this.
To cook the items you must go buy the items then have them in your backpack to click the Cook this link. The items can be bought from player shops, swaps and of course from the original stores they stock from.
Once you have clicked the Cook this link you will get a new message saying:
Once the time is up, you can go back and collect your items from the kitchen which will then be transferred into your backpack where you can then use them to sell in your shop, your swaps, use them for food for your own pet or even stock your restaurant with it. The choice is yours!
